Our machine and processes are optimized for most common wheel sizes and we also run any complex center caps in our machine. Anything that is aluminum can be polished.

The Ceramic Polishing Process

The process involved in transforming a wheel from raw aluminum to a high luster requires 3 stages. The first stage is the ‘cutting’ stage, with the most aggressive media and compound to work the surface of a wheel smooth. Second stage follows to further smooth the wheel’s surface and prepare it for the final stage. This 3rd and final stage involves ceramic media and a special compound formulation that produces the beloved polished finish!

If you’re worried about having to assemble/disassemble your 2/3 piece wheels, not to worry – let us handle it!

We’re equipped with all necessary tools to properly split and rebuild your multi-piece wheels. This includes accurately torquing and marking of wheel bolts and valve stems, and seamlessly sealing barrel gaps.

 

Refinishing & Powdercoating

We are not limited to ceramic polishing here! If you are looking to have your wheels refinished, we are a one stop shop. We hand polish wheel lips and other small components such as hex nuts and centre caps. In addition to polishing, we offer a range of powder colours that can revive your tired looking wheels. This is a more affordable option compared to our ceramic polishing service which can have you back on your wheels in no time.
